Media Toolkit

As grant recipients (grantees), we appreciate you promoting the C3F grant support we provide to your organization or your programs by mentioning the grants you receive and/or including credit for C3F in your marketing materials. With this media toolkit page, we hope to make it easy for you to access our logo and branding materials for this purpose. Please feel free to download and save these for use on your website, in your newsletters, on social media posts, and anywhere where you display the C3F logo to show our partnership and support in your good work.

LOGOS

Below you will see two versions of our new logo. Please click on the button below each version in order to download a high-resolution version for your use. The first logo is considered our "main" logo. However, either version is acceptable to use. Please choose the logo that can best fit into your graphics. Please contact Pam at pdecker@c3f.org if you need a solid white or solid black version without a background instead of these full color versions.

PRESS RELEASES

Below is some sample language about the Charlevoix County Community Foundation that you can use when describing the Community Foundation in your press releases:

option One:

The Charlevoix County Community Foundation is a grassroots charitable organization made up of various funds – all of them established by local donors. Some funds are earmarked for specific causes, and others are open-ended to meet changing needs. The funds are held in permanent endowment, so they can continue to grow and generate income to enhance the quality of life in Charlevoix County. The Community Foundation has made grants totaling more than $30 million to local nonprofits, schools, and municipalities since it began in 1992.

option Two:

Established in 1992 by a group of civic leaders, the Charlevoix County Community Foundation (C3F) is a charitable organization dedicated to improving and enhancing quality of life for all who live in the area. Local volunteers serve as trustees, and a youth advisory committee addresses issues related to youth in the community. C3F accepts gifts of all sizes and for many purposes. Those contributions are professionally managed to generate income that is used to make grants supporting worthwhile programs, projects, and initiatives right here at home. Currently, more than 325 separate funds make up the Community Foundation, each one created by an individual, family, business, or nonprofit agency. With current assets of $55 million, the Community Foundation has made grants totaling more than $30 million since it began.

CROSS PROMOTION

C3F may include information about your grant in our public reports, newsletters, donor reports, on the C3F website, or through our social media. This includes grant follow up summaries, photographs or videos, logos, and other materials about the grantee organization as it relates to your grant.

QR codes

If you or your organization holds a fund here at C3F, we can help you grow that fund by providing a QR code or donation envelopes for this purpose. This QR Code will allow people to make donations directly into your fund with ease. If you would like to order donation envelopes or to have a QR Code custom made for your fund, please contact Pam at pdecker@c3f.org
