2026-2027 Leadership Learning Lab

Introducing the Leadership Learning Lab class of 2026-2027, which includes our very own Communications and Development staffer Pam Decker. The Leadership Learning Lab is a 10-month program for changemakers from nonprofits, local governments, and other mission-driven organizations. Through monthly sessions, learning pods, and hands-on practice, participants strengthen their leadership capacity, build cross-sector relationships, and develop strategies for resilience and adaptation. Our foundation, along with Rotary Charities of Traverse City and Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation have been supporting this program locally for years, ensuring the success of our nonprofit partners.
