With support from the C3F Beaver Island Endowment for Student Success and the Caitlin Boyle Endowment for Student Success, a grant helped purchase new preschool playground equipment for the Beaver Island Community School.

Preschool students were part of the playground equipment selection process, and the pictures show a few students involved in the “final” installation and testing phases of the project. The students and many non-school visitors to the Island have utilized the equipment since it has been installed. The playground set is one of the only pieces specifically designed for the youngest students and allows them to feel like “the big kids” with a space belonging just to them.
