Charlevoix Historical Society Upgraded Office Equipment

A recent Geographic Enrichment grant helped the Charlevoix Historical Society to purchase two new computer workstations for their staff. The staff is very pleased with the performance, which is greatly improved over the previous equipment they were using. The computers are used extensively and are critical to the operations of the Historical Society for cataloging and digitizing items in the collection, running special software for layouts and editing, maintaining the membership database, and other daily activities. The CHS reports that their operations are much more efficient with this new equipment. Flashy or not, we think it’s pretty great to be able to help organizations like this one to keep on doing what they do best!
