Crooked tree arts center Visual Arts studio

This vital grant enabled CTAC to purchase and install six height-adjustable steel tables with laminate tops, twelve height-adjustable swivel stools for adults, and twelve stackable stools for kids. These upgrades were selected to create a more inclusive, adaptable, and comfortable space that meets the diverse needs of learners across all ages and abilities. The new furniture has transformed the studio into a dynamic, multi-functional learning environment. The adjustable tables and stools allow instructors and students to customize their individual workspaces for comfort and ease of use. This is particularly beneficial for students requiring varied seating options to support longer working sessions. Instructors now have greater flexibility in arranging the classroom for different group sizes and teaching styles—fostering both collaborative learning and individual creative work. The stackable stools and chairs also make it easier to open up space for large projects or movement-based activities, further enhancing the usability of the studio.
