Housing North Housing Ready Coordinator

Housing is one of the top priorities in our communities. We’ve all heard the stories – or maybe even lived them ourselves – of people who want to live and work in Northern Michigan, but simply can’t find a place to call home. That’s why a C3F Community Priorities grant, combined with the support of other generous donors, helped to fund Housing North's Housing Ready Coordinator position in Charlevoix County last year. We know that this position helps our communities to navigate through the planning stages of bringing new housing units to fruition. The process is arduous and time-consuming, which is why we recognize the importance of having a dedicated staff person working in this space in our county.
